Abstract

Ä¡¸é¿­±¸Àü»ö¼úÀÇ ¿ì½Ä¿¹¹æÈ¿°ú´Â Àü»öÁ¦ÀÇ À¯Áö·Â°ú ¹ÐÁ¢ÇÑ ¿¬°üÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ÀÌ´Â Àü ´Ü°è °úÁ¤ÀÎ »êºÎ½ÄÁ¦ÀÇ ¿­±¸ ³» ħÅõÀ²¿¡ µû¶ó ´Þ¶óÁú ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.

ÀÌ»óÀÇ ½ÇÇè ÈÄ °¢ ±ºÀÇ »êºÎ½ÄÁ¦ ħÅõµµ¸¦ ºñ±³ ¿¬±¸ÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á°ú¸¦ ¾ò¾ú´Ù.

1. °¢ ±ºÀÇ »êºÎ½ÄÁ¦ ħÅõµµ¸¦ ºñ±³ÇÑ °á°ú, °¢°¢ ¥²±º°ú ¥³±º¿¡¼­ ¥°±º¿¡ ´ëÇØ Çâ»óµÈ ħÅõµµ¸¦ °üÂûÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù(P£¼0.05).

2. ºÎÀ§º° ±º¿¡ µû¸¥ ħÅõµµ¸¦ ºñ±³ÇÑ °á°ú, ±Ù½É ¼Ò¿ÍºÎÀ§¿Í ¿ø½É ¼Ò¿ÍºÎÀ§¿¡¼­´Â ¥²±º°ú ¥³±ºÀÌ ¥°±º¿¡ ´ëÇØ Çâ»óµÈ ħÅõµµ¸¦ º¸¿´À¸³ª(P£¼0.05), ¿­±¸ Áß¾ÓºÎÀ§´Â °¢ ±º °£¿¡ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù(P£¾0.05).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effective penetration methods of acid etching agents in the pit and fissures on the occlusal surface. Extracted maxillary first and second premolars were divided into 4 groups : to Group ¥° only acid etching agent was applied, to Group ¥± ultrasonic scaler as well as acid etching agent were applied, to Group ¥² after fissurotomy acid etching agent was applied, and to Group ¥³ after fissurotomy the same process performed with Group ¥±. The comparison between the 4 groups by the use of scanning electron microscope showed the results as follows :

1. Comparing each groups with regard to the penetration rate(%) of acid etching agents, Group ¥² and Group ¥³ showed improved penetration rate(%) compared with Group ¥°. Group ¥± made no significant different results from Group ¥°, but had somewhat better penetration rate(%).

2. Comparing each groups with regard to the penetration rate(%) of acid etching agents according to regions within fissures, Group ¥² and Group ¥³ showed more improved penetration rate than Group ¥° in the mesial pit and distal pit. However, no significant difference between each groups was showed in the middle fissure.
